HLB Column Plates for Solid Phase Extraction
LabGo HLB is a solid phase extraction column based on N-vinylpyrrolidone and divinylbenzene. The combination of hydrophilic and hydrophobic groups on the surface results in balanced adsorption of a wide range of polar and non-polar compounds, and the adsorbent retains a high adsorption capacity even after equalization and draining. This means that very high sensitivity can be achieved with a simple method. The matrix is pure, stable in the pH range of 0-14, stable in a wide range of organic solvents, and has a high adsorption capacity (3-10 times higher than that of C18). It is mainly used for the extraction of complex biological samples (e.g., blood, plasma, acidic, neutral, or basic drugs in body fluids).
