Benzo(a)pyrene (BaP), also known as 3,4-benzo(a)pyrene, is a common highly reactive indirect carcinogen and is one of the three most potent carcinogens recognized in the world. According to the requirements of the Chinese national standard GB2716-2005 “Hygienic Standard for Edible Vegetable Oils”, the safety limit of BaP in edible vegetable oil products is no more than 10 μg/kg.
LabGo BaP has excellent recoverability and reproducibility to meet the determination needs of benzo(a)pyrene in animal and vegetable oils and fats, to ensure accurate and consistent results, and to significantly improve operational efficiency.
Mechanism of action: polar and ion-exchange effects
Soil; petroleum; body fluids (plasma/urine, etc.); food, etc.
Detection of benzo(a)pyrene in petroleum products
Detection of BaP in BBQ-cooked, fried and smoked meat products
