Under conditions of high salt content and low pH, nucleic acids are adsorbed on the silica gel membrane, and impurities such as polysaccharides and proteins are not adsorbed. Further rinsing removes the remnants of impurities. Finally, pure nucleic acids are produced by elution with a slightly saline solution or pure water. 24/96/384 well nucleic acid extraction plate is an auxiliary material for high-performance nucleic acid extraction and separation, which is mainly used for primer desalination, enrichment, extraction and nucleic acid separation.
