An ultrafiltration centrifuge tube is a centrifuge tube with a membrane at the bottom, which is a biological separation device in centrifugation based on the size or molecular weight of the molecules and particles in the sample (i.e., when rotating at high speed, larger molecules or particles are pushed to the outer edge of the tube and smaller molecules pass through the membrane). LabGo ultrafiltration tubes are made of PES and RCE membranes, which have a wide pH range, low protein binding, high flow, and high compatibility. The unique design and manufacturing process can reduce membrane contamination due to solvent polarization, prevent sample loss due to excessive centrifugation, shorten centrifugation time, increase sample recovery (>90%), and maintain a soft concentration environment to preserve protein activity and conformation.
