LabGo PSA is a silica gel-based tip SPE with ethylenediamine-N-propyl, PSA contains two amines with pKa 10.1 and 10.9. Its selectivity is similar to that of amines, and it can be used as a conventional or reversed-phase column, with a polarity that is stronger than that of C18 and weaker than that of silica gel, and has good selectivity for various compounds of medium polarity or a wide range of polarities over a wide range of systems. PSA can chelate with metal ions, used to extract metal ions. It is widely used in sample pre-treatment for the analysis of pesticide residues as well as organic acids, pigments, metal ions and phenols.

Tip Extraction/Purification/Concentration SPE is a Tip SPE that uses a function-tipped pipette to extract/purify/concentrate biological samples or target products. The pipette tip is filled with excipients such as C4/C18/silica powder/magnetic beads/ProtingA(G) agarose gel, etc., which can be used for primers/genomic DNA/plasmid/PCR products/peptides/proteins/antibodies, etc.
