LabGo Polyamide columns are used to extract tannins, chlorophylls, humic acids, pharmacologically active terpenoids, flavonoids, gallic acid, catechol A, protocatechuic acid, and resorcinol from aqueous or methanol solutions in a reversed-phase mechanism with a strong hydrogen bond between the compound’s hydroxyl group and the resin’s amide group. It is also used for the extraction of aromatic carboxylic acids and nitroaromatic compounds with irreversible benzoquinone retention.
Soil; petroleum; body fluids (plasma/urine, etc.); food, etc.
