96-well removable microfiltration plate for nucleic acid isolation
LabGo 96-well removable microplates for nucleic acid isolation are based on the classic silica gel membrane technology. Under conditions of high salt content and low pH, nucleic acids are adsorbed on the silica gel membrane, and impurities such as polysaccharides and proteins are not adsorbed. Further rinsing removes the remnants of impurities. Finally, pure nucleic acids are produced by elution with a slightly saline solution or pure water. 24/96/384 well nucleic acid extraction plate is an auxiliary material for high-performance nucleic acid extraction and separation, which is mainly used for primer desalination, enrichment, extraction and nucleic acid separation. It can conveniently and quickly process 24, 96, 384 biological samples as 24/96/384 biological samples for the purpose of separation, extraction, beneficiation, desalination, purification, recovery, and so on.
